"We had an amazing stay at Bay Gardens Hotel. Every staff member was friendly, helpful, and extremely accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We arrived six hours before check-in and were still accommodated. The team stored our luggage, allowed us to use the facilities, and even shuttled us to the Bay Gardens Resort to enjoy the amenities there as well. Breakfast was excellent with great options and a different menu each day. The care shown when our 4-year-old had a minor injury was truly appreciated, the staff were attentive, compassionate, and followed up immediately on our return. A wonderful, stress-free stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend."

Our butler, Ferguson, was extremely accommodating, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. The staff at the Cove—especially Tonya—were absolutely wonderful. As we only eat halal meat, we needed a few adjustments to the menu, and they were more than happy to accommodate our dietary needs. The two ladies at Hurricane Hole were also very kind and attentive in ensuring our meals met our requirements. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. Every member of staff was incredible, and we truly felt cared for during such a special milestone."
