8.4/10 Very good! (1,001 reviews)
It is on the beach. Some of the staff was helpful, others weren’t.Bathroom had black mold around it.Cleaning service was extremely poor.I left a water glass on the night table the night I arrived and it was still there when I checked out 4 days later. I went to restaurant and apparently they were delayed in opening and staff was just walking past without asking if I need any assistance.Nice hotel overall but staff needs more training overall.

The chairs by the pool were uncomfortable and we had to seek out cushions on our own. The only poolside food that was available was via a food truck and was not good. Many staff seemed ..."
