"Too many high hidden fees for coming across as a Hotel. The director was very kind and polite. The 2 bedrooms villa was poorly designed. We learnt that the resort has been recently taken over by another owner. With did not have an unpleasant stay but I cannot accept fees that sum up to the cost of an extra night."

"Lovely stay in a beautiful property exactly as pictured. Easy communication with the host and any needs attended to quickly. "

"I did the reservation the same day that i would stay in that place. I arrived there and didnt had the acess code, so I tried do call and send messagem from the whatsapp and didnt had any awnser. I waited in the door of the propertie for more than 1 hour and didnt had any response from the owner. So I went to another hotel, and even then I didn had any response form the property owner. I request the refound of the payment!!!"

"This apartment is in the perfect location! -A supermarket directly across the street and cafes, restaurants and shops right around the corner. The sea as well! The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and the terrace was perfect for eating or just hanging out. Otranto is a special place and our experience was made extraordinary by staying here. "We loved our stay. The restaurant across the street has amazing coffee, then a walk to the water was the best start to the day. Cliff jumping outside your door. Since we stayed with family and friends it was very nice to have three suites and not just be one big house. It was amazing. Would highly recommend. The only thing that was a shock was that the electricity and water was not included in the price."

"Loved this hotel! Staff super friendly and competent! Helped with luggage as no cars allowed inside main city gate. Hosted happy hours with apertifs and first glass wine complimentary! VIP upgrade room was amazing with soaking tub, balcony and domed stone ceiling! The Room was also very quiet & peaceful! The breakfast was sumptuous and well staffed!"

"Our room was very clean and unique. The air conditioning was excellent. Gianluca, our host /owner was very informative and attentive to our needs. He recommended excellent nearby restaurants and he made reservations for our first evening having just arrived. His sisters made us a delicious and sustainable breakfast every morning with fresh fruit, yogurt, juice, a selection of pastries and breads, eggs and a selection of meats and cheeses and cappuccinos . It was an enjoyable, restful stay. I should mention it was a 5 minute walk to the entrance of the old town where the sites, shopping and other eateries are located. Very safe area!!!!"
