Beautiful villa for 12 people with private pool and panoramic view

"Lots of local Italian charm in a beautiful setting. The property is split over two buildings within an amazing boundary and all built around a spectacular pool area and probably the biggest "villa" pool i have ever seen. The outside area is so big and well thought out you have ample space for getting together as a group in the evening or getting some quiet reading time. The villa is around one mile from the local town and one mile from Santa Maria di Leuca and is well placed for exploring both as well as Galipoli, Otranta and Tricase a little further afield.Rocco was great and the check in and out processes were quick and seamless."

"Hôtel différent de ceux que j’ai visités par le passé et tellement a leur avantage. L’unicité, la sérénité, le calme, la vue sur la mer, l’ambiance « hippie » et zen. C’est exactement ce que j’avais besoin sans le savoir. Lit confortable, très bon accueil, prés de tout, bons déjeuners pour tous les goûts. Pour ceux qui chialeront que certaines chambres sont petites, n’oubliez pas que les vacances en Italie Ne servent pas à s’enfermer dans une chambre d’hôtel. Pour sûr, j’y retourne des que je peux et je revommande cet endroit à tous."

"The property was exceptional. The interior was very clean, restored to a high standard and well-equipped. The terraces and outdoor furniture were great, with super views down to the sea. Despite being relatively close to the road, this didn't detract from the setting at all. The pool was super. Francesca was helpful throughout and made the check in process easy, despite me having to change arrangements due to a problem en route. The area is beautiful and this made a great base from which to explore. Thank you for a superb stay!"
