"Tuvimos una excelente estadía. La ubicación es excelente para recorrer los pueblos como Locorotondo a 12 minutos, Alberobello a 8 minuto en auto propio, al igual que Polignano a Mare. "Beautiful location. The Trullos are unique. Sleeping under a dome is very relaxing. The bedrooms could do with more shelving. Had to leave clothes in luggages on the floor. In the off season, each individual Trullo pool is unheated. I was still able to swim my laps in 20 degrees water. Quite invigorating! Others might not venture at this temperature. The daily included breakfasts were delicious and very healthy. A car is essential as this is true Puglia country living. Expect drive at least...

Location great, Air conditioning worked well, everything in walking distance, bedroom spacious and comfortable, kitchen only used to make breakfast, washing machine came in handy, patio was spacious with a table and sun chairs. Only needs for improvement are walls leading to the kitchen need to be washed down or painted and kitchen floor needs a better scrub. Suggestions to future guests- bring beach towels as only 1 large and 1 small towel provided per person. I...

"The beach and pools were lovely. We enjoyed all the amenities. It would have been nice to have a corkscrew in the room."

"The front desk staff (Serena) was incredibly helpful getting us in early and storing our luggage as we had an early flight. Nice area to walk around as well and breakfast selection was great. Not so great? You cannot control room temp at all-it is preset. This is really frustrating. The bathroom towels were like the towels we had in our junior high locker room: thin and scratchy."

"Le service de l'hôtel allait bien, juste une chose, nous sommes arrivés très tard à presque minuit, le responsable nous a dit que la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, qu'en raison des inconvénients qu'il nous donnerait le petit déjeuner gratuit, il n'y avait pas d'option à minuit si nous devions accepter. C'était très désagréable."

"The room we had ( Carlos v) was in an excellent location looking out to the see and harbourside from balcony and terrace. The cushions on terrace are fading from a season in the sun but apart from this fantastic. The room was serviced daily with bed changes etc. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was really good although you have to navigate some steep narrow steps up there. The view from the restaurant is brilliant."
