"I was disappointed with this hotel. The check in was terrible, we got in tired from traveling all day and we we're told they couldn't offer us anything to eat and that we had to go out at 9pm. The whole stay felt very unwelcoming. No one brings you towels to the pool, you have to bring your own bags to the car.
