"What an amazing property! Our hosts were so kind and accommodating - there to answer any questions we had from the best beach to visit to where we could launder our clothes. "Beautiful property in the heart of Monopoli. We had the top terrace room overlooking the sea. Staff helpful with making dinner reservations. Beach towels provided which was very convenient. "We really enjoyed our stay in this charming, authentic Italian home in the heart of Monopoli’s historic centre. The location cannot be beat — everything was within easy walking distance, including shops, restaurants, beaches and the train station. The home has lots of stairs and some very low ceilings, so tall guests will need to be mindful. The shower is also quite small, with a narrow entrance, so it may be challenging for larger guests. The kitchen is small but was perfectly adequate for the breakfasts we prepared. The bed was comfortable, and we really appreciated having a washing machine. Our host was kind, helpful and easy to reach whenever we had questions. The highlight for us was the beautiful roof deck. We enjoyed sitting up there several times — it’s comfortable, with a table and chairs and wonderful views. We loved the character of staying in an older, typical home of this area. There are a few quirks to be aware of, but the wonderful location, charming atmosphere and fantastic roof deck made for a memorable stay. We would happily return!"
