Out of all the accommodation that I’ve stayed at in the past two months, this is the best. the room was fantastic. The staff are wonderful. breakfast is incredibly good. I’ll be back to visit again and I’ll be certainly staying here.

The room itself was great, just as on the photos or even better! Communication, checkin and checkout worked perfectly. The breakfast is quite simple, but we guess that this is the standard for small BnBs. Parking shall be clarified upfront as there are private rates promoted, which are much lower than just paying the public space. The historic city centre and sea are just a short walk away, which is great. However, we needed to deduct one star, because cleaning staff entered our room to get some cleaning stuff out of the closet attached to the room, even though we put the Do-Not-Disturb sign outside *and* told them not to when they knocked (in English, which they maybe did not understand). They excused themselves several time, but still this is just a bad design and No-Go in any type of hotel/BnB.

The hotel is well located just a 5 minute walk from the town centre. Rooms absolutely excellent, large and beautifully decorated. Let down by the service, rude staff and appalling excuse for breakfast!

Vi havde betalt for værelse på 20 m2, med king-size seng, balkon og havudsigt. Vi fik et værelse på 15 m2 med dobbeltseng, balkon og byudsigt!! Hvis vi havde fået at vide at det ikke var muligt at få det værelse med havudsigt, som vi havde bestilt, havde vi haft mulighed for at vælge en anden vej hjemad. Da vi sagde at vi vist havde fået et forkert værelse, fik vi et meget ubehøvlet svar fra ejer, som påstod at det ikke var hans fejl og at vi havde booket værelset sidste sommer. Vi bookede det i februar 2026. Derudover fik vi at vide at det var det dyreste værelse, hvilket ikke er rigtigt. De reklamerer også med at have en tagterrasse og at man kan nyde den fantastiske udsigt. Terrassen ligger i forbindelse med morgenmads-lokalet og der er KUN adgang til terrassen når der serveres morgenmad.

Habitación espaciosa y limpia, tienen una ventana con balcón pequeño, el lugar está bien ubicado, caminando a 10 minutos de las áreas importantes, cuenta con un frigorífico y un pequeño lavabo, el desayuno es excelente, buena comunicación con el propietario, estacionamiento en la calle (busquen estacionamiento en la línea blanca, porque la línea azul es de pago). Volvería sin duda.

Petit B&B très pratique pour visiter Monopoli et les villes environnantes. Chambre très bien avec haut plafond mais salle de bain minuscule. Le seul hic est la mauvaise insonorisation, on entend absolument tout dehors car une vitre double vitrage et l’autre simple donc pas terrible pour le calme. L’endroit est bien et le petit déjeuner très sympa en haut avec une verrière
