A very special experience that we will always remember. The staff and breakfast were absolutely amazing! The place is rustic and we met the most darling little kitty on the property. I would highly recommend for a quiet stay.

Everything at the Masseria Fortificata Donnaloia was just exquisite. The masseria and its garden are beautiful. The staff are kind and competent. The location is perfect. I cannot wait to go back.

Its different. We loved using the Terrace, and had cocktails there every night. Roberto the GM and Chef, treated us like family and cooked whatever we wanted. Its home cooking - nothing fancy - but made with love. It’s close to the beach - so they tell us - we never made it - but not close to town. It’s a 200 year old building, so dont expect modern amenities. But it is authentic.

Parabéns pelas fotos do anúncio, muito profissionais e efeitos de fotoshop, porém a realidade completamente diferente. Detalhe somente da preservação da propriedade, onde falta maiores cuidados com pintura e jardinagem do local, dando a impressão de um lugar mal cuidado. O intuito de ser um local com atmosfera medieval é interessante, mas se não conservarem apenas parecerá um lugar abandonado.

Buongiorno, purtroppo non in linea con lo standard dichiarato di cinque stelle. Ho prenotato tramite Hotels.com una suite con vista mare, confermata anche telefonicamente prima dell’arrivo. Al check-in mi è stata assegnata una camera senza vista e sono stata costretta a dimostrare personalmente, mostrando la prenotazione con il nome della camera e la dicitura “vista mare”, che quanto assegnato non corrispondeva a quanto acquistato. Mi è stato inoltre riferito che si trattasse di un errore della piattaforma, in quanto il prezzo non sarebbe stato coerente con una camera vista mare. Tuttavia, ho verificato e mostrato che la stessa tipologia risultava ancora disponibile online allo stesso prezzo. Ritengo che eventuali discrepanze tra struttura e portale non debbano ricadere sul cliente. È una situazione imbarazzante, inaccettabile. Solo dopo una lunga e spiacevole discussione mi è stata assegnata la camera corretta. La camera presentava un forte odore di umidità. Inoltre, la doccia era totalmente danneggiata e l’acqua non si scaldava. Nonostante la segnalazione, il problema non è stato risolto e sono stata costretta a utilizzare acqua fredda. Il servizio carente, con totale assenza di assistenza per i bagagli e difficoltà nel trovare personale anche al momento del check-out. Nel complesso, un’esperienza poco professionale e poco elegante nella gestione, non adeguata a una struttura cinque stelle.

Ottima struttura

Struttura bella, ben gestita, in ottima posizione. L’unica spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi è pessima ma c’è ne sono diverse nel giro di un paio di km. Cenare nella masseria non è secondo me conveniente. Colazione ottima. Stanze spaziose, silenzio e relax.

Besseres Management wäre wünschenswert

Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung - Betten waren sehr gut. Die Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen - die Angaben aus dem Angebot stimmen jedoch leider nicht mit der Realität überein. Wir haben drei Tage gebucht und nachdem nach zwei Tagen noch immer kein Internet zur Verfügung stand, haben wir das Zimmer gewechselt. Das Hotel befindet sich auch nicht am Strand. Ein nicht sehr schöner Strand ist fussläufig in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar oder es fährt täglich 3x ein shuttle Bus an einen schöneren Strand. Wenn man das Abendessen im Hotel genießen möchte, kostet es 50 EUR pro Person statt der immer noch angegebenen 35 EUR. Fazit: unter einem besseren Management und mit einer gepflegteren Anlage und mit etwas Modernisierung könnte es wieder zu einem Juwel werden, weil das alte Gemäuer schon einen gewissen Charme versprüht.

Le site est très joli. Dommage que le service n'est pas à la hauteur. Pas de machine à café dans les chambres, malgré nos demandes, un petit déjeuner qui commence à 8h du matin et pas avant, des serviettes de plages payantes .... Chaque demande faite à l'air de leur couter!

Et si on apprenait le respect?

Cet hôtel ressemble à un match sur une appli de rencontre, on est séduit par les photos mais quand on se rencontre en vrai, on constate que les photos datent d’il y a + de 10 ans. Ils vont même jusqu’à mettre des faux rochers le long de l’allée centrale mais comme ils sont abîmés, on voit qu’ils sont faux 🙄 si un doute persiste, les matelas déchirés de la piscine finiront de vous donner la tendance. Mais le plus embêtant, c’est que le restaurant (en plein air du côté des chambres) peut être privatisé…ce qui fut hélas notre cas, donc impossible de dormir ou de s’entendre même penser dans ces cas-là! Donc si vous devez séjourner dans cet hôtel, assurez-vous qu’aucune soirée privée ne soit prévue! Pensez quand même à vos bouchons d’oreilles parce que le réfrigérateur, aussi vieux que la bâtisse, vous réveillera de toutes façons plusieurs fois dans la nuit… Dommage parce que entretenu et surtout en respectant un minimum les clients qui louent une chambre, l’endroit pourrait être sympa.

Sehr schönes 200 Jahre altes Gebäude. Zimmer sauber und audentisch zum Gebäude. Betten okey, Frühstück mit frischen Früchten, Brot nur süssen Croissant, Rührei, Aufschnitt und Käse, es reicht jedoch für uns.
