"This was our third year renting this magnificent house. The house is very comfortable with a spacious common area and nice kitchen where we enjoyed preparing Italian meals with local fresh ingredients. Situated on a hill, the house overlooks the valley below and sea in the distance. The three outdoor spaces, pool, kitchen, and patio, all connected with lovely gardens, give this property an estate-like feel. Sunrises from the patio are not to be missed! The location is perfect for exploring the towns of Puglia and is close to beaches, golf, and other recreational activities. The town of Fasano keeps the Italian il riposo, but at night it comes alive with shops and a wide variety of restaurants. Historic Monopoli and the beach town of Savelletri are short rides. A great house to base from as you explore Puglia, or to simply enjoy for a bit of down time."

"We had a wonderful 5 night-stay at the Borgo Dei Lecci. The hotel is in ideally located and the perfect base to discover the Itria Valley. It was wonderful to come back every night to such a serene and relaxing setting. The room was tastefully decorated, spacious, quiet, comfortable and clean. The gardens and the pool are beautiful and everything is incredibly well maintained. Breakfasts were good. There is no restaurant at night but the hotel is within walking distance to 4 restaurants, which is very convenient. As a small piece of feedback, having bathrobes in the room and towels provided at the pool would be great additions, but these are very minor details. It was a very enjoyable stay!"

"Great location for visiting local villages. Trulli was perfect representation of local architecture. Joseph responded quickly with answers to questions. Great place to relax on the outdoor patio. The area was a wonderful experience of Italy. Costs were very reasonable, restaurants were inexpensive. Highly recommended for those for desiring a unique experience away from crowds."

"We were independent travellers not part of a group but this hotel mainly seemed to cater for large groups. It's a great location for exploring the area but a car is needed. The rooms are ok, clean, good bathroom, bed a bit hard but generally ok for a few days. (Sadly our room overlooked the pavilion where parties took place several times and this made it very noisy until late. There was no warning from staff or any kind of apology.) Breakfast was adequate but often cleared away by 9am despite the fact it was supposed to be available until 9.30am. Similarly, the bar was good but again the staff cleared up and went home by 10.45pm without any warning even though many people were still sitting and drinking and the information in the room said it was open until 11pm. Generally we didn't always feel like we were valued guests. The local area has several local restaurants within walking distance. We didn't find out the hotel has a sister with a beach access until the day before we left. It wasn't advertised or mentioned anywhere."

"Do not look any further. This place is spectacular; it matches the pictures perfectly (so rare these days). We didn't have a good experience at the hotels in some of the towns, so I would highly recommend staying at a masseria, and Borgo Ritella is an amazing option. Their attention to details is unmatched, the rooms are beautiful, modern, and very comfortable. Breakfast is delicious, and their dinner experience is highly recommended, not to mention their very kind staff. The facilities include a great pool area, and gym. It is 15 to 30 minutes from towns like Locorotondo, Monopoli, Ostuni, and Polignano a Mare."

"We had a wonderful experience during our stay. We arrived at the airport much earlier in the day then check in time. I contacted Palladio De Luca staff to ask if we could drop off our luggage early and then come back to check in at 3pm and received a reply shortly after. They also asked if I had a rental car, which I said no I didn’t plan on renting a car. I was then informed that getting a taxi is not an option at Fasano train station and they can send me a cab to be picked up. I was provided with an estimated cost. I shared my anticipated arrival time and shortly after we arrived at the train station, taxi was there to pick us up. The whole process from booking till checkout was very well coordinated. Very happy with our stay!!"
