The property is in a quiet location, welcoming staff at the beginning. Alejandro was great as he arranged our reservations and suggested places to go to.
Ropm service qas horrible, wr lacked tissue (napkins), water refill, mini bar refill, and coffee cups for the first 3 nights. It went horrible from the day after. Bar staff were moody at times, and sometimes they were good. Horrible housekeeping, and reception on receiving calls from my room.
Major adjustment needed to reach hospitality standards.

"Da vi ankom var der ingen i receptionen. Måtte bruge tid på at ringe til flere forskellige numre ingen vi fik kontakt og vi kunne komme ind. Vi havde bestilt et superior værelse. Værelset var iskoldt og vi måtte lade aircondition køre på max hele natten for at holde varmen. Hele hotellet var koldt. ..."
