"Very clean and modern. Location is fantastic. Laureles has been my favorite place to stay in Medellín so far. Room was very spacious, had tons of amenities, and a great wide view of the city. Breakfast was very barebones, it was ok but the breakfast area is gorgeous, worth it for the view alone. Breakfast coffee was great. Hoped the minibar had prices so that we didn't feel awkward about touching anything on it. Nothing else to say really, will return and highly recommend."

"Nuestra experiencia fue excelente. La ubicación es inmejorable y nos sentimos seguros en todo momento. El personal fue muy amable y la limpieza excepcional. Al llegar tuvimos un inconveniente con el baño, ya que estaba tapado, pero tan pronto lo notificamos se hicieron cargo y lo resolvieron. También coordinamos con el hotel el transporte para que nos recogieran y todo funcionó excelente. Aunque el hotel advierte sobre el posible ruido de la zona, en nuestro caso no tuvimos ningún problema y no escuchamos nada que afectara nuestro descanso. Lo único que mejoraría son las ventanas de la habitación. Cuando pasan personas por ciertas áreas se encienden las luces y, por el tipo de ventana, la claridad entra al cuarto, lo que puede resultar incómodo al momento de dormir. También las camas podrían ser un poco más cómodas. En general, considero que es una excelente opción para una estadía corta. Por ubicación, seguridad, limpieza y atención del personal, definitivamente tuvimos una muy buena experiencia y volveríamos a considerarlo."
