  • Welcome! Your coastal home is waiting for you. It is centrally located between Santa Cruz and Monterey Bay, easy access to Hwy # 1, 156, and 101. This sweet 2 bedroom home was lovingly refreshed with stainless steel appliances, Rain Soft reverse osmosis water filtration system, beautiful engineered hardwood floors, new cabinetry in kitchen with white quartz counters, custom made cypress wood bar top, updated bathroom, and updated plumbing. 7 min to state beaches & whale watching point.

    Pets under 20lbs are welcome! (nightly pet fee applies). Please contact host prior to booking if guests need to bring 2 pets. (2 pets max). Guest may bring one (1) infant only, baby crib and high chair are not shown in photos but available upon request after booking.

NO PARTIES ! My next door neighbors are very sensitive to noise, Quiet hours 9:30pm-7:30pm. Pet fee and additional guests fee to be paid at booking.
No smoking, vaping, marijuana, illegal or hazardous substances. For everyone's safety, don't touch Internet, cameras, smart lock, and power plugs.
Fire extinguisher is at kitchen window. Please communicate via VRBO platform. I answer calls between 8:00am – 10:00pm. No third party payment accepted
