Monterey Dunes 144 - Moss Landing Townhome - A Mile of Beachfront!

Sun, sea and solitude. Monterey Dunes Colony vacation townhomes are stretched out over a mile of secluded beachfront. Each home has a boardwalk to the beach where you can walk, play, fish, build a sandcastle—or just do nothing. Common area amenities include a swimming pool* and hot tub; tennis, basketball, volleyball and bocce ball courts, and an artificial putting green with a driving cage. Located a few minutes from Moss Landing, Monterey Dunes is 18 miles north of Monterey and nine miles south of Watsonville. *NOTE: Pool is open April 1 - Oct. 31.  Four bedrooms and 3 baths, 2000 square foot 2-story home with enchanting ocean views. Two suites with King beds and private baths. Sleeps ten in 3 KIng beds and 2 trundles (total of 4 Twins).  The Monterey Dunes Colony is a gated enclave of beachfront vacation homes between Santa Cruz and Monterey. Located near the quaint harbor town of Moss Landing, these properties enjoy a mile of secluded beachfront and numerous outdoor amenities.
