  • Sun, sea and solitude. Monterey Dunes Colony vacation townhomes are stretched out over a mile of secluded beachfront. Each home has a boardwalk to the beach where you can walk, play, fish, build a sandcastle—or just do nothing. Common area amenities include a swimming pool (April - October) and hot tub; tennis, basketball, volleyball and bocce ball courts and a golf driving cage. Located a few minutes from Moss Landing, Monterey Dunes is 18 miles north of Monterey and nine miles south of Watsonville. Three bedrooms (King, 2 Queen beds) and two baths. The Monterey Dunes Colony is a gated enclave of beachfront vacation homes between Santa Cruz and Monterey. Located near the quaint harbor town of Moss Landing, these properties enjoy a mile of secluded beachfront and numerous outdoor amenities.

Great location on the beach near Monterrey. Very well stocked in the kitchen, plus lots of towels and blankets. The view out the window at sunset is fabulous.
