Sun, sea and solitude. Monterey Dunes Colony vacation townhomes are stretched out over a mile of secluded beachfront. Each home has a boardwalk to the beach where you can walk, play, fish, build a sandcastle—or just do nothing. Common area amenities include a swimming pool (open 4/1-10/31) and hot tub; tennis, basketball, volleyball and bocce ball courts, and an artificial putting green with a driving cage. Located a few minutes from Moss Landing, Monterey Dunes is 18 miles north of Monterey and nine miles south of Watsonville.   Enjoy 3 bedrooms and 2 baths in a single floor layout that maximizes oceanfront views—from serene mornings to stunning sunsets. Take a walk on the beach to be in nature: otters, seals, dolphins, pelicans, sandpipers, and plovers are right at your doorstep. Sip a glass of Monterey County wine, beachcomb for sea shells, tuck in with a book, sleep so soundly that you wake up late—and have the kind of conversations with friends and family that come with slowing down our hectic lives enough to enjoy it. Welcome home!The Monterey Dunes Colony is a gated enclave of beachfront vacation homes between Santa Cruz and Monterey. Monterey Dunes is beautiful

Monterey Dunes is a beautiful property. It’s appealing from the minute you approach the front door. It has a great layout, all the furniture is comfortable, linens are nice, kitchen is fully stocked and the views are outstanding. Loved our stay! Thank you!
