This single story, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach house will be a great place for you and your family to make memories that you will cherish. Located at Monterey Dunes Colony which has a clubhouse and community facilities that include a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sports courts (tennis, basketball, volleyball, bocce, pickleball, shuffleboard) and a driving range net. Stroll the beach, relax on the oceanside deck, or in the cozy living room, it won't take long for you to see the bay come to life with dolphins, whales, seals, birds, rabbits, and even deer or wild turkeys! You will love your time here, and your family will want to come back over and over again!

Lovely Stay on the Beach

Comfortable condo on the beach with beautiful grounds. A few cautions I would give is that the only access to the beach from inside the condo is through the 3rd bedroom which isn't clear in the listing, some of the screens could use a replacmement as they are bent & allow bugs to get in, the sliding screen door in the master was unmovable & opened. All things that were manageable. Very comfortable beds & living spaces.

Beach Relaxation

My family of six (two adults, four kids ages 2-7) had a wonderful time here. Beach access was perfect and the home was clean and great for our stay. We'll be back for sure.
