"My stay for Memorial Day weekend was terrible. I booked a balcony room and was given instead a first floor room. I did not pay for a first floor room. Then the building was so far from the amenities that we felt isolated. They need to be infront about where families with pets stay and instead of me pulling teeth to get the truth about why we were placed in a terrible area of the property. Only positive, the location is close to all the sites and food"
