As all our other reviews show, it is clear that we are very helpful with our guests. But she, however, beyond that I had phoned her the day before to find out what time she was arriving the following day, not only did she not show up on the first night, but she sought cancellation on the second night. We have always canceled reservations within seven days before arrival, but two days of no show .. they seem exaggerated to me including the threats of a bad review not understanding that we do not have your credit card details, and that she paid for the site. Furthermore she wrote all day, visualized that we asked for a timetable, we wrote that it was also late in the evening, precisely because we care about our guests. we tel her several times, the first time we spoke and she said "tomorrow", the other times we always found the answering machine. Her conversation towards us despite everything was very unpleasant, between threats and thinking that we had her card..as I said we always canceled, even on the same day, but after two days that she viewed them, and she did not allow us to rent the room having remained closed in the booking system.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us, we would like to clarify that a room of 18 square meters is not small and in any case you was her and when you booked you choose the room, we have various rooms each one different for color and different sizes, and in any case being a stately apartment all the surroundings are very spacious. Regarding the balcony as you can clearly see in the photos is one of the largest balconies of the Via Etnea being a noble palace, otherwise in future you should requested not balcony but terrace. Ensuite, ce que nous ne comprenons pas et que vous avez bien dit, vous nous avez demandé tout et répondez rapidement, le petit déjeuner que vous n'avez pas pris était votre chambre uniquement. Les bagages n'ont pas été informés de vérifier seulement, mais aussi la veille, vous avez dit que vous préfériez les emmener chez un de vos amis qui est mieux venu pour partir. En tout cas, vous avez vu notre disponibilité et "au lieu de dire tout ce qui est bien merci", vous pourriez nous dire ce qui n'allait pas et nous vous aurions aidés.
