Excellent service in this boutique heritage hotel. We were able to get early check in which was great. Location fabulous right off main square. Great for relaxing before or after an international flight... only 15/20 mins to the airport (better than staying at the airport as you can explore downtown Catania easily from the hotel). Large room, beautifully appointed with super comfy bed, desk, lounge chairs, huge TV, great lotions, slippers/flip flops, turn down service. HIghly recommend. There is no elevator to the higher floors (not allowed in heritage building) but staff will help carry luggage up and down if needed. 10/10

The great service started prior to our arrival when Davide reached out to us with various recommendations from transportation to restaurants. Upon arrival we were greeted by Davide who gave us the run down on the hotel and the area and offered more recommendations for our stay. The room and hotel itself can only be described as breathtaking, a small hotel packed with charm and history while still providing a modern feel.
