"Great service "

"The pros - the room was spacious and clean; there was a large refridgerator, a microwave and a mini stove; the parking area was well lit; and the bed was comfortable. The morning clerk was friendly and professional on day two. The cons - The evening clerk was incredibly rude. I even asked him why he was speaking so rudely to me. He raised his voice because I asked him why he wanted $10 in cash. He kept repeating the single word "deposit"; however, I paid in advance. If it were for incidentals, there was no sign stating so, and it wasn't on their website. The room only had two very small pillows on each queen sized bed, there was only 2 sets of towels but I booked the room for 3. There wasn't shampoo, conditioner, or a hair dryer. Thankfully, there was a Walmart across the street. When I checked out the rude man was working again - he didn't speak when I entered the lobby, I offered him my room card, he didn't speak at all. He didn't thank me for staying there or wish me a nice day. These a the very basic expectations of customer service. I will not stay at this property in the future."

"Positive: The room was reasonably clean. Most of the staff was friendly, exspecially the blond guy on weekdays in the morning and the breakfast ladies. Negative: The management is awful, they just don't care. Let me give you a few examples: We were there for a 4 day stay. It was stated that room cleaning service would be on request only. So on 2 separate days we requested housekeeping. We received none. NONE. The second day we were informed that they had 60 check-outs this day, so they were very busy. How is that my problem that they can't hire enough people? The person I was talking to seemed to be a relative of the owner, he did not even remove his ear buds to talk to me. Another thing: We travel for business, so every now and then we need to print a few pages. We choose hotels that offer a business center which provides us with a computer and a printer. First evening, the computer at the business center did not work. Screen was frozen, no mouse attached! We let the front desk know about this and the guy offered us to print a few pages if we send them to a gmail address. Well, our prints contain personal data of our customers so I prefer not to send them to a random email. I had to but I felt very uncomfortable doing it. Needless to say that we repeatedly requested this being fixed but to no avail. The management does not care. As long as you pay, they're good. But they managed to hang 4 signs up at the breakfast room to remind you not to remove any food items!"

"Great location. Great views. Great house. Great customer service from the team. If I have to pick one thing to improve it would only be that the listing says hot tub- but it’s not working. It does say it in the fine print but the title is misleading. But I would stay here again and would recommend this place to others. "

"Quality Inns are generally hit or miss, this one was slightly above average. Seemed clean, plenty of reasonably lit parking. Short walk to 4 or 5 eating places. Room furnishings were old and worn, the door had large gaps. Bathroom was quite nice compared to the sitting area. The room price made it acceptable. "

"We traveled to Hickory for a cheer competition at the convention center. It was so convenient staying here. The suites are huge. Breakfast was not the best but you won’t go hungry. Would definitely stay again "
