"I had high expectations for this hotel. Based on the review, I expected professionalism and comfort. After paying online (EVERYTHING), I had issues at checkout. Even though I had proof of payment of my stay through Hotels.com, the agent at reception still asked me to pay for additional taxes. I mentioned to him that I paid for it online while showing him the receipt. He insisted that I should pay an additional $7 in USD to cover for city taxes. Mind you my original invoice was paid in CAD. This...

"Great apartment: Roomy, clean ,attentitive staff and great location. The only area that could use some improvement is on the connection between G&G and Expedia. It took a while for my reservation to be found."

"The hotel is found in a private neighborhood so security was great. The rooms are spacious as seen in the picture.the wifi could be better and love the manager's attention to assist"
