"Customer service was top notch. Loved the buffet they serve every morning for breakfast. We had some plumbing issues with our bathroom, but as soon as we made them aware they sent someone immediately to fix it. Would definitely recommend."

"I had high expectations for this hotel. Based on the review, I expected professionalism and comfort. After paying online (EVERYTHING), I had issues at checkout. Even though I had proof of payment of my stay through Hotels.com, the agent at reception still asked me to pay for additional taxes.
