"I stayed here for four days, and I’ll say this upfront—I won’t be staying again, no matter how cheap it is. The owners (I’m assuming), a tan man with dark hair, were extremely rude. I asked a simple question about why the key knobs on the outside doors weren’t working, and he snapped that they only work from inside to outside. It didn’t make much sense, and the attitude was unnecessary. An older blonde woman who was always around him also had a constant standoffish look—no smile, no greeting, nothing welcoming. The room had a great balcony view, but there were no chairs, so you’re stuck sitting on cold tile. The bathroom was honestly disgusting. The door wouldn’t lock and was just a flimsy sliding panel that didn’t stay in place. It all felt very worn and unclean. The hot water worked well, but it was randomly shut off one morning with no warning. The walls had stains, and while the beds were comfortable and seemed clean, the carpets felt grimy—I kept socks or flip flops on the whole time. Breakfast was basic and nothing special. When we asked to extend one more night, we were immediately told no with no explanation. The weather was windy during our stay, but the pool had debris sitting in it for days, including a floating trash can. Other nearby hotels kept their pools clean, so it felt like a lack of effort. Overall, between rude management and poor upkeep, it’s just not worth it."

"This was a good stay. The hotel is rather plain and somewhat worn. But it is clean enough. My room was a suite. It was outstanding with a balcony facing the beach, multiple rooms, multiple TVs, fridge, microwave and a great view inland which showed the channel boats passing. Rarely have I ever been in a room so complete and comfortable. I spent a lot of time just laying in the comfy room and listening to the ocean. But I am sure that not all rooms are this complete. The breakfast was okay at best with very few items that appeared appetizing. The pork sausage was good and the coffee was good. That is it. The pool area was on the small side with the best thing about it being that you could access the beach quickly by walking through it. I thought the gym was very good for this type of hotel at this price point. The wifi did not work well and I mainly bypassed it and used 5G UW that is available in the area. The parking was tight and they charge you $10 a night which was not classy. But it seemed secure. Lastly one of the two fire escapes did not work on my level which was disturbing and probably illegal. I told that staff about it but they did not fix it. That was not cool. But overall I liked this hotel though it did feel a little worn and grungy. I would definitely stay there again particularly if I can get the suite again. "

"Property is good I been coming to days inn tropical seas for over 20 years Roger and Eddie always treated me like family they make sure iam check in good and my room is great this this new staff and management I won't be back they treat u like u nobody not friendly they don't try to make u happy "

"The pool and the Koa fish were enjoyable everything was there you could want and need the area was calm and relaxing and close to plenty of restaurants and stores. Beach wasn’t too far away either. Thanks for providing the coffee never does anyone have decaf a realPlus. Also plenty of TV channels to watch. Thanks "

"The room was in a great location and was VERY reasonably priced. No big frills, just a clean functional room in a great location across the street from the beach. Awesome restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely book this room again. "

"The owner was very good at communicating. Given our longer stay, we requested more towels and toilet paper and they got them to us in a timely manner. Very professional and the room was beautiful! The view was amazing as well! "

"The host was easy to communicate with. The room was clean and the space accommodated my family. The pool was nice and the beach was close! My only concern was the place did have a faint lingering cigarette smell. "
