"Arrived very late, there was no signage on the building or entrance to say it was the Country Inn. We saw in the morning that there was a sign by the road, but it was not lit when we arrived the night before. Receptionist at desk on arrival very friendly. When we arrived to our assigned room, the lights and TV were on, and a wall panel over the HVAC unit was exposed with a fan blowing into HVAC unit. We went back down to the front desk and asked to be assigned to a different room. Receptionist again was very friendly and accommodating. She reassigned us to two separate rooms because she said they had no more that slept 5 people. That was ok, they were across the hall from each other. My kids room seemed fine, our room had a large stain on the carpet. Beds were comfortable. In the morning, housekeeping started knocking on all of the doors at 9:15 am, even though sign at main desk said check out at noon. She even entered my kids room. When we went to check out, day receptionist asked if we were leaving early? I assume because the way that the night receptionist entered the booking for the two new rooms? If they didn't know we were leaving, why was housekeeping entering rooms at 9:30! Overall, felt unsafe at hotel, although surrounding area seemed good. "

"Room was fine. Older motel but updated. Breakfast was good. Cleanliness not bad. Parking was fine. Text at 7:00 am on a Sunday morning about how to check out was NOT appreciated at that time! Also cleaner’s cart was very loud and pretty early. (Wheels on the rough surface). One woman at the desk didn’t seem to know what she was doing. I had done the pre-check in and she was doing it all again—why bother taking time to do pre-check then? Also had to call because they weren’t accepting credit card security on one room but accepted for other one? Had no other difficulties using that card. "
