"My mom and I enjoyed the Hyatt so much. We were able to keep her vehicle in Valet Parking during our stay ($50 a night), they had a huge lobby (plenty of lounging space, bar/restaurant, and drinks/snacks), an amazing fitness center and indoor pool, as well as a sundeck. She and I actually tanned on the rooftop on one of the days we were there. It was so nice! I definitely recommend staying at the Hyatt!"
"The breakfast was very lacking. The hotel itself just didn’t feel clean and the carpet was dirty. The room itself was OK but it did have a rusted door. It’s OK for a quick night day, but just not my cup of tea."
"Lobby is well maintained with beautiful art from SCAD. Rooms do not have the amenities compared to other hotels such as refrigerator and/or microwave. Vending rooms only had ice machine and trash cans filled, not empty. There is only 1 microwave for the entire hotel in the lobby. Fitness room is outside near the pool. If it rains or storms, you can't work out or have to walk through the storm. Great historical site but not convenient for the average traveler. Coffee shops and restaurants are great and within walking distance. Parking too expensive, more than the Marriott. They add an amenities fee with no amenities to charge. There is one in house restaurant and bar with coffee shop (closes early). No room service."
"Our floors were filthy, our white socks tuned black from simply walking around to the room ourbfirst night. It took two emails, a text and finally a call to the front desk to get our floors cleaned after two of our five nt stay. Also, the pool was permanently closed and there was no notification of that before our stay."
"The property is dated. Interior reminds you of the Eighties. Pool area is indoors and feels like you’re in a basement also small but the hot tub is the most powerful jets ever !!
Room was clean and basic. Fitness room bland. Breakfast ok. Overall ok for the price."
