The door lock battery was out for room 330. I arrived very late from my flight and couldn’t get in the room. I had to go back to front desk to have an associate badge me in. Despite putting in a work order to have it fixed in the am, it still wasn’t. I was out all day from 10a-2p and no one came to fix it. So i had to back to front desk again for another associate to let me in, and finally, shortly after, someone came to fix the lock. I was provided a voucher for breakfast to makeup for it, I guess.

I love the housekeeping staff coming in and freshening up the room daily! I also loved the pool and hot tub and the outdoor bar was a plus! overall an amazing experience!

The registration process was intense, but I understood it after seeing the property. So secure, so clean, so perfect for our holiday with our family! They communicated thoroughly and responded to our one request quickly. The amenities were amazing and I loved all the hangars! Thankful for the garage that was included with this unit. Thank you for making this a memorable vacation!
