Villa Chiara-With pool APT 1

Villa Chiara is a completely renovated building, consisting of two apartments that share a garden and swimming pool, located in Cavaion Veronese, in a prestigious residential area. Quiet and private, the area is in a strategic position and very well connected, close to services, Verona and the lake.

The apartment consists of a large living room furnished with sofa, dining table and fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds and a bedroom with two bunk beds.

Two bathrooms with shower complete the house.

Outside, a dining area equipped with umbrella, a convenient private car park, a large well-kept fully fenced garden and the splendid swimming pool, open from April to October and shared with the owners complete the property.

The apartment, which has a surface area of approximately 100 square meters and a garden of almost 1,000 metres, represents the ideal base for totally relaxing holidays with friends or relatives.

The apartment is equipped with TV and Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Towels and sheets are provided included in the price.

No type of drinks, food or consumable products are provided that must be purchased by guests (soaps, shampoos, etc....).

Check-in is from 4pm to 8pm.For check-in after hours a contribution of 30.00 Euros is required to be paid upon arrival.

Check-out is by 10:00.

Early check-ins or late check-outs can only be confirmed the day before.
