"Many rules of the hotel was not clear during reservation on the website: The SPA is not free of charge but we must pay 8€ per day per person, water was not so hot as must be in a SPA and was very dirty too! The towels for the SPA is to pay daily and is forbidden to use room towels. Dinner of 31/12 is counted also if we don't take it.
