Shower door would not close. Room was not serviced. There was as a dog onsite that roamed freely, attempted to bite my children, and was a general pest. No staff onsite after 6 pm. Only redeeming quality was the lady that worked there. She was very friendly but could not speak any English. Breakfast was okay. "
