"My stay at the Dream of Cappadocia Hotel was absolutely enchanting; the place truly is as magical as its name suggests. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the experience. The staff was exceptional, offering warm hospitality and ensuring a comfortable stay. They made check-in seamless and the convenience of a 24-hour reception was a great touch, especially when we were waiting for our early morning transportation to arrive. The food at the hotel was exquisite. Every meal was a culinary delight, offering delicious local flavors that I won't soon forget. The location and views were truly out of this world. The hotel is conveniently located directly across from the magnificent Uchisar Castle. Waking up every morning to the breathtaking and beautiful sights of the hot air balloons drifting across the unique landscape was a memory I will cherish forever. "Spectacular in many ways, but not without a few disappointments. The Museum Hotel is undeniably beautiful — the views over Cappadocia are absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunrise when the hot air balloons fill the sky. The service overall was fantastic, and I really appreciated the thoughtful gestures throughout my stay — from the complimentary bottle of wine and desserts to the chocolates left in my room. My room was also upgraded on arrival, and I even got to choose the one I wanted, which was such a lovely touch. The Michelin-starred restaurant was mind-blowing — genuinely one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. Every course was exceptional, and the staff were wonderful. The spa was also incredible, and the hotel’s overall charm and sense of history make it truly unique. However, there were a few things that left me disappointed. My cave room, while authentic, felt quite eerie and dusty, which made it harder to relax. The activities offered through the hotel are extremely overpriced — about triple what you’d pay elsewhere for a private tour, and the “full-day” option ended up lasting only three hours. The takeaway breakfast was also surprisingly poor — just a few pieces of bread in a box and bad coffee, which really didn’t align with the hotel’s otherwise high standards.
