"Nice location, and friendly staff"

"Amazing central location, friendly hotel staff were so friendly and sorted out out balloon trip for us, they can book guests into all activities. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and a great view. We didn’t to use the rooftop pool but it looked gorgeous. We could park our hire car there too. We booked 3 deluxe rooms and each was quirky and beautifully decorated. The bathrooms were a little bit tired in places but fine for us. This hotel is exceptional value for money in an excellent location"

"Great spot as so close to the main road with restaurants, shops and just a walk up to su site point to watch the balloons. Great service from start to finish as front desk provided good info and arranged out transport to and from the airport for a very reasonable $. Thanks to Fatima as she served us wonderful Turkish coffee, tea and breakfast with a welcome smile every day to start our day. "

"This was our most anticipated stay as part of our first trip to Turkey and as a result really fell short of expectations. The property is cool and well located, staff are great (they were very kind and treated us well as it was our anniversary) and breakfast is a good spread. That said the property needs some care. For starters parts of the property were under construction and outside the property, caves were covered in scaffolding for upkeep. At no point were we informed of the construction, it was an eye sore and perhaps we wouldn’t have felt as blind-sided had we known. But given we were looking for a cave experience, there were plenty of other properties we could have considered had we known about construction. It was a let down, no one wants to be surrounded by scaffolding on holiday. Also, the pool area had no staff present after 8pm. "
