"This is a beautiful hotel. The front of house reception staff and the hospitality staff at breakfast (particularly Fatma) were incredibly warm, welcoming and friendly. The room was clean with tea and coffee facilities and shower products, and the pool area in the cave was beautiful. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is located above the fray of the downtown center but within an easy access of the downtown. There are great views of the surrounding area from several balconies and the roof rooftop deck. We have stayed there twice and both times have been extremely enjoyable. The staff really makes the difference, especially the night manager who escort you through the building with his dog, Whiskey. The restaurant there is highly rated and very good. We had breakfast and dinner there. We also had dinner at their sister properties. This was nice because the sister property would call when your table was ready so you could walk over from one hotel to the other. We stayed there twice and if we end up going to the region again, we would stay there another time. The rooms are all unique and pleasant to be in."

"The hotel had great! Friendly staff and location was perfect.! They help you with bookeung any tours you may need. Recommending companies that are reputable and professional. It was very easy to walk to downtown and also the hotel had a beautiful rooftop called Kiara with live music and DJ at Night. The rooms we stayed had a living room with a couch, fire-pit , bed right next to the living room and a huge bathroom. It was a cave style. The only thing is if you tried to go to bed early, you won’t hear the music depending on what room you’re at. They have a real good breakfast with lots to choose from ,It was delicious! For the restaurant at night it gets really packed, make sure you’re there by 5PM to get a table, It gets filled up pretty quickly!! If you don’t stay in that hotel, you can still go to the restaurant. If you do stay at the hotel, they tried to help you at the hostess station and put you on top of the list so you don’t wait too long! there are drinks food, and a hookah at the roof top. The view is stunning! We travel as a couple and would definitely go back to the hotel and stay again!"

"Gunay the main guy at reception was really lovely and nice, so helpful, The cat Luna was also very welcoming. The hotel had character and was quaint. The only issue i had was the breasfast staff. I was leaving the breakfast area and took an extra cookie that was in a wrapper and was told off, he said that i can't do take away and can only eat it. I think that was pretty inappropriate and mean as i only took a few extra cookies and i hardly ate anything at the breakfast table, plus it was just a cookie. I also think it was not welcoming or nice to tell your hotel guest that unless it was unreasonable i was emptying everything out onto a doggy bag, Please train your staff better."
