Muito caro pelo que se espera de um quarto, tudo retrógrado, latrina e chuveiro muito velhos, controle da tv não funcionava e etc. Fora do quarto é ótimo (lounge, comodidades e location).

Ótima estadia.

Muito bom, quartos amplos e confortáveis, cama muito boa e roupas de cama idem. Atendimento cordial dos funcionários; vale salientar a simpatia de uma camareira que não sei o nome que sempre nos cumprimentava muito alegre e com um sorriso amplo no rosto, o que é difícil de se ver na maioria dos hotéis. Apenas o café da manhã que poderia ter mais opções, poderia ser melhor, mas é satisfatório.

Falta zelo

Um hotel 4 estrelas pelos serviços que dispõe, mas o deleixo torna a a experiência ruim. Teto dos quartos sujo, o do banheiro descascando, piso gasto, móveis antigos, tv antiga, canais com sinal ruim e qr codes com menus de comida que ou não funcionam ou estão desatualizados. Parece que o hotel parou nos anos 2000 e só fazem o básico. As camas, ao menos, estavam limpas, mas todo o resto, de regular a ruim. Falta investimento ou gerenciamento, me arrependi de não ter visto outros hotéis.

Decepção total!

Bem decepcionante pois quarto com cortinas corta luz velhas e rasgadas o que ocasionava entrada de luz, café da manhã com ingredientes (pão francês) velho! Limpeza na área das escadas, alarme de incêndio disparou na noite de domingo preocupando ligamos na recepção não fomos atendidos e não houve comunicação nem mesmo um plano de evacuação hóspedes todos no corredor sem nenhuma informação!

Melhorias para o hotel da rede Intercity

O hotel é bem localizado, próximo ao shopping. De maneira geral o hotel é bom, porém tivemos problemas no restaurante (atendimento dos garçons estavam péssimos e demorados e também as comidas que pedimos não estavam bem preparadas) e também tivemos problemas com a limpeza do quarto, que não foi feita nenhum dia, somente realizadas as trocas das toalhas. Café da manhã é bom com várias opções de quentes, frios e frutas. No final das diárias soubemos que a cozinha do hotel estava sem o chef.
