Já ficamos hospedados algumas vezes nesse hotel e temos notado que está decaindo muito, principalmente por falta de manutenção predial e limpeza.Nessa última hospedagem tinha apenas um elevador funcionando, sendo que o hotel estava bem cheio, ou seja, demorava 10/15 minutos para conseguir subir/descer no elevador (muito incômodo) A piscina e vidros da área da piscina não estavam limpos. A temperatura da piscina térmica não estava quentinha. A Sala de jogos estava com os tacos de bilhar quebrados. Os quartos nao possuiam nenhuma decoraçao ou pintura , vc se sente como se estivease em um hoapital. A Cama de casal eram duas camas de solteiro juntas. A diaria de pet é cobrada a parte (55) mas nao oferecem nada para o pet, nao há area pet para passeio. O café da manhã é regular. Alguns pães estavam bem duros. Embaixo da cama estava sujo.

Piscina com água fria e suja

Infelizmente não foi como o esperado. A piscina estava com a agua quase fria em pleno inverno. Tbm tinha uma abertura na estrutura na parede em frente a piscina onde entrava ar frio. O fundo da piscina estava oleoso. Parece q estava a muito tempo sem limpeza. Havia pouca água na piscina pois as duchas de hidromassagem não estavam cobertas com água e não funcionavam Ramal na área da piscina estragado. Chafariz da piscina com água fria. Havia goteiras caindo água fria. Café da manhã muito simples com pouca variedade. Pelo valor cobrado e estrutura esperavamos muito mais Não recomendo e não retornarei Em pleno inverno esperávamos relaxar no hotel em uma piscina quentinha Porem nos decepcionamos Esse era o intuito da estadia

Descanso.

Nossa estadia, foi ótima, ótima localização. 2 coisas deixaram a desejar os elevadores muito demorado para a quantidade de hóspede e mesmo, sendo feriadão de Carnaval na segunda-feira era dia de limpar a piscina ficou fechada, nesses feriados que as pessoas querem curti poderiam repensar em mudar a rotina pelo hóspede que está ali prestigiando o hotel.

O atendimento, restaurante e a estrutura do hotel foram ótimas. Foi possível entrar antes das 14h, o restaurante do hotel a la carte estava muito bom, tinha uma competição cedo e pedi para tomar o café antes das 6h30 e ninguém complicou..nota 10!

Experiência péssima, no máximo 1 estrela. - Alarme de incêndio disparado as 00:30 da manhã em todos os andares; - Funcionários mal preparados e desanimados; - Sauna solicitado para ligar e nem se quer ligaram. - Piscina “térmica” gelada; - Sem água no frigobar; Difícil ter algo positivo!
