"This space was perfect for our family of 6. We had enough beds and space for us to spread out and sleep. The kitchen was great. Everything was clean, there was well stocked kitchen supplies. We loved the location, it was quiet on the north side of town but also easy to get to all restaurants and to Secret beach. "

"The beach and pool were amazing. Secluded stay but close enough for a cart ride to town. The caretakers were amazing, we had a lot of laughs with them and any issue that came up they were there to help. We had 6 couples rent the entire property, there was plenty of room for 2 more couples leaving two extra beds for others. I would recommend this place and would stay again. Thanks Paul and family, you made our stay extra special. "

"Clean, safe and functional! Unfortunately we had strong winds our entire stay and couldn't do any snorkeling or swimming with sharks. Thankful for Secret Beach since it was protected from the winds, but it was a 30-40 minute golf cart ride and one day would have been enough there!"

We lost an expensive item (it fell off our golf cart because we didn’t think about tying bags down when driving) and a staff member from their sister location found it and turned it into the office of our location. "Blu Zen was amazing ! The property itself is beautiful ! The 3 pools are nice and clean. They are still adding onto the property so there is construction going on but not close enough to be a bother. The beach part of the resort is not big but also enough for my son to build sand castles and dig. There are no sun loungers on the beach but I didn’t mind. There are two pools right behind the beach. There is a lot of seaweed but they do a good job of cleaning it up. Our 2 bedroom condo was spacious and very clean. No complaints at all. The laundry in unit was super convenient. The ferry to the main island is also very convenient. The two restaurants are good but the food on the main island is worth the 5 min boat ride. The staff is super nice and helpful, Jairo made us feel right at home, he was amazing. The pools were never packed. Some days we had it all to ourselves. I can’t rave about this place enough. "

"We loved that many of the staff members remembered our names. Henry, the awesome pool bartender along with all of the other bar tenders were amazing. Also, Minnie at, The Deck and Caroline, our cabana waitress were amazing. We also loved that the young lady that cleaned our room was so meticulous. We made our bed each morning, but we noticed she came in and remade it the correct way. The concierge team and the gentleman at the front door were all extremely professional. My husband and I agreed that Belize has been one of the BEST vacations we've ever had and it had a lot to do with the employees at Alaia. Thanks again for being so amazing. "
