"Room was nice and clean and we were upgraded at no charge due to the other tower being renovated, that was much appreciated. Only downfall half the windows didn’t lock, so it felt a little unsafe especially being on the first floor. Other than that, it was a quick nice stay. "

"The staff at the property were excellent. Helpful and hard working. I left feeling like I had made many new friends. They arranged our arrival from Belize city and departure for Ambergris Caye. We stayed at the hotel on the north island but used amenities at their sister hotel on the South Island of Caye Caulker. Staff was equally friendly and accommodating. Food was excellent at both locations where we tried all the local dishes."

"The booking was through VRBO, but after this transaction there was NO communication via the VRBO site. Vacassa is a what appears to be a separate entity and it was only through discovering their app that access details were provided. Property was overall great, communication was terrible."
