Das schöne Haus befindet sich in angenehmer, ruhiger Lage. Die Einrichtung ist wohnlich und lässt an nichts fehlen. Hervorzuheben sind die bequemen Betten. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und sind jederzeit ansprechbar. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und schöne Märkte. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Idéal pour des vacances en famille !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la villa 1 chambre bien équipée ainsi que pour un bébé (baignoire, table a langer, lit parapluie et chaise haute). Gite propre et calme avec piscine chauffée juste à côté qui est très appréciable. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce lieu où rien ne manque. Cébazan est idéalement situé entre mer et montagne, sans oublier les crus du Languedoc. Les gîtes sont spacieux et parfaitement équipés : climatisation, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, frigo, TV, barbecue individuel, ... Une belle piscine est à la disposition des clients. Enfin, les propriétaires réservent à chacun un accueil sympathique. Les amateurs de vins découvriront vite que le "patron" est intarissable ! Bref, nous y retournerons.

Hôtes très chaleureux, disponibles et très discrets, d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Location conforme aux photos, spacieuse et très propre, équipée de clim. Chambres de tout confort, calme. Piscine très bien entretenue. Boulangerie sur le village. Christian est un passionné et expert en vin. Danielle, très bonne cuisinière et de bon conseil pour les lieux à visiter et manifestations aux alentours. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le repas pris en commun avec les nouveaux arrivants du dimanche soir. Merci encore à Danielle et Christian pour la qualité de leur accueil. Séjour parfait !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la maison avec une chambre, parfaitement propre et équipée de tout le matériel nécessaire (même le charbon était prévu à notre arrivée!!) Danielle et Christian les propriétaires ont été encore très accueillants cette année (nous avions déjà loué à LOU DARO en 2012) et adorons toujours ce lieu pour nos vacances! Sans oublier leurs connaissances du vin, des endroits à visiter et des bonnes tables à proximité! Le repas partagés tous ensemble le dimanche soir est très convivial ! A recommander sans hésitation !

Location très calme. Très propre et sans surprise. les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse méconnue jusqu'à maintenant, et nous avons 66 ans. Merci à eux deux et Sophie, pour leur accueil et repas du dimanche soir avec les nouveaux arrivants, et par dessus tout, la découverte des vins de la région. Nous y retournerons peut-être un jour.

"Super séjour dans cette ...

"Super séjour dans cette magnifique propriété tenue par des propriétaires trés chaleureux! Du 21/07/2012 au 28/07/2012 Villa super équipée et comfort maximun. Occupation cette année d''une villa 1 chambre, et en 2010 d''une villa 2 chambres. Les deux sont trés agréables à vivre et trés bien disposées. De plus d''une propreté exemplaire! Il y a 2 ans nous étions restés 15 jours (avec un bb de 6 mois)tout les équipements ont été mis à notre disposition pour le confort de notre petit bout''chou. Les maisons étant trés proches de la piscine nous pouvions même nous prélasser au soleil durant la sieste de bb sans crainte! Cette année nous ne sommes resté qu''1 semaine par manque de temps, mais toujours aussi contents de ces vacances au calme. La piscine est trés agréable. Chauffée en permanence (26°) et pouvant être couverte, voir à moitié quand il y a du vent. Nombreuses visites à effectuer dans la région (carcassone, Minerve, Bézier, canal du midi...)et belles activités(safari, mini ferme, randonnée, balade en bateau,...)ainsi que de nombreuses dégustations de vin (notement muscat de saint jean de minervois, hummmm). Les charges sont minimes, nous avons payé 4€ d''electricité pour 1 selmaine (en ayant fait de nombreuses lessives, lave-vaisselle, et climatisation) Boulangerie à proximité (possibilité d''y aller à pied)ainsi que commerces à saint chinan (en auto) Un grand merci à Christian et Danielle pour leur acceuil, leur convivialité et le repas partagé avec les autres occupants. Cette adresse est vivement à recommander et surtout à retenir pour de prochaines vacances. "

"Excellent séjour à 2, très calme (14-21 mai), avec accueil chaleureux de Danièle et Christian retrouvés autour d''un dîner très convivial invitant tous les « Séjournants » pour faire connaissance, et de bénéficier de l''expertise de Christian pour découvrir la qualité des vins régionaux (voiture plus chargée au retour). Notre villa 1chambre était parfaite, propre, équipement moderne, et très confortable, à quelques mètres de la piscine chauffée (26) avec couverture coulissante, très agréable et utilisée dès l''arrivée pour la détente après 800 km. A notre départ Christian nous a fait visiter la demeure, située à Pierrue au milieu de la nature, comportant 5 Ch. D''hôtes avec grande terrasse solarium + piscine : superbe !"
