Surestay Plus By Best Western Cebu City
It has the quality like typical Best Western hotels. Good beddings, hair dryer ( which is not common in Phil hotels), clean and spacious rooms.

The room was perfectly clean, the staff was friendly. The breakfast was delicious. There are two malls nearby.

Breakfast was very limited Asian style buffet. Although toast was available, there was not butter. I suppose the great majority of customers were Asian and they seemed quite happy, but European customers do not like rice for breakfast
