Seda is always one of my go to staycation places in Cebu near Shopping mall and variety of restaurants. The staff are friendly, kind, and polite. Kudos to the parking staff forgot their names but they made our parking smooth and safe during holidays. Parking guard helped me to get parking ticket ...
