My husband and I stayed one night at Hotel Tornese after a long train ride and before moving on to another location. We just needed a convenient place for our overnight stay and looked for something comfortable with a good rate. Although it’s an older hotel, it was clean and well maintained and the view from the breakfast room is spectacular. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our choice. It’s steps from the beach and right in the heart of an area full of restaurants and shopping. In addition, the entire staff was kind and helpful (especially Federica who helped us out with a fantastic taxi driver). We also had a wonderful dinner at the hotel restaurant. If you’re looking for a 5-star hotel, then this isn’t the right choice for you but, if you’re looking for a basic, low-key, comfortable, friendly hotel, then this is the place for you.

Scelto per il secondo anno consecutivo, l'hotel è vicinissimo al mare, pulito ed accogliente, la camera pulita con un bagno grande con tutti i confort. Di sicuro consigliatissimo, da tornare nei prossimi anni. Quest'anno ho trovato il personale poco presente ed una colazione non molto ricca, ma saranno cose temporanee spero.

A disappointing experience since we have visited this hotel for many years and with the change of ownership its gone downhill.The room was not cleaned for the last 2 days with no clean towels or replacement shower gel.Standard of the breakfast very poor with stale food and a range limited and no fresh fruit.Service given at breakfast limited never a clean table set.
