We've already stayed in villa Iru several times over the past years and always enjoyed it to the fullest. The house as well as the property is very well kept, modern and offers more than enough space. The location in a quieter side road is also perfect for spending relaxing days at the pool and in the extensive garden. Binibequer Vell offers everything in a walking distance like shops, restaurants and a really nice beach. On top of that Francisco is a great host, so we're already looking forward to our next stay.

"The House was in excellent condition and all needs catered for. the pool was a good size and well maintained. The location of the property suited our needs exactly as it was only a short distance from the town and the beach.The owner was very helpful and even met us at 12.30am to give us the keys"

We (family with two Kids, 13 and 16) Had a wonderful stay. Francesco and His father Paolo are always approachable when needed.Moskito protection on all windows. No airconditioning. Was not needed for us.Pool was phantastic.The house is as described. Everything that is needed is available.Beds are good. Bathrooms as well.Can recommend the house and the owners.

Das Haus und die Anlage ist deutlich schöner als auf den Bildern zu sehen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und der Check in/ out war super unkompliziert. Es wird während der gesamten Zeit immer nach dem Pool geschaut ohne die Privatsphäre zu stören. Das Meer ist mit dem Auto ca 10 Minuten entfernt.Es war ein schöner Urlaub und ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, wir hatten alles was wir brauchen.Unser Highlight war der Pool, sehr gepflegt und einladend. Die meiste Zeit haben wir dort verbracht, wenn wir nicht in der Umgebung unterwegs waren. Wir hatten zu jeder Zeit super Kontakt zum Gastgeber wenn nötig.Gerne wieder, es war eine entspannte Woche.

Meine Familie und ich waren vollauf zufrieden mit dem Haus. Der Pool ist das Highlight des Objekts. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und entspricht allen Ansprüchen. Wer diese Art Urlaub mag, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Ich vergebe für das Haus 6 von 5 Sternen.

Tolles Haus

Haus sehr sauber. Nette Vermieter. Die Kinder liebten den Pool. Nur auf frühes Aufstehen muss man sich einstellen, da in der Nachbarschaft Hähne krähen. Super Restaurants, ein Rummel, ein Einkaufszentrum und der Strand war alles in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar. Im Keller stehen sogar Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub danke

Wunderschönes Haus, super Pool

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und es hat alles was man braucht, sehr gute Einrichtung. Das Haus, wie auch der Pool waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool wurde regelmässig gereinigt. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir waren sehr gerne Gäste. Vielen Dank

Casa fresca e piacevole

La casa si trova in campagna, in una zona tranquilla. Dal terrazzino si vede il mare e la sera dalla veranda si vede il tramonto sulla pianura. Gli spazi sono ben organizzati, come scritto in altre recensioni servirebbe qualche appendiabiti alle pareti nelle stanze. La stanza al primo piano è incredibilmente fresca per essere in una mansarda. Grazioso lo spazio esterno, bella la piscina. Comodo il parcheggio auto interno. I proprietari sono molto presenti e disponibili per ogni esigenza.

La casa è come descritta sul sito , le camere e i bagni sono spaziosi In 7 persone abbiamo convissuto comodamente ,il mare e ha circa 2 km in auto con molte spiagge libere e qualche stabilimento attrezzato mancherebbero quelle 2/3 cose che renderebbero la casa al top come qualche gancio appendino e mensole nei bagni come appoggio ed un nuovo televisore che, come nelle eventuali brutte giornate ,come è successo a noi ,può servire ,soprattutto se ci sono bambini e ragazzi. Pool war super. Haus sehr verbesserungswürdig.

Auf den Fotos sieht das Haus echt super aus. Auch die Bewertungen von anderen Urlaubern sind gut. Doch wir waren sehr enttäuscht von dem Innenleben des Hauses. Es war nicht sauber. Amaturen im Bad total verkalkt. Haare vom letzten Mieter im Bad und im Bett. Noch schmutziges Geschirr (also benutzt und wirklich nicht abgespült) in den Küchenschränken. Auch die Küche hatte überall Fettflecken. Wirklich unappetitlich. Wir haben uns Plastikbecher und Teller besorgt. Die Matratzen auf den Betten sind durchgelegen. Ich habe den Kleiderschrank im Kinderzimmer erstmal ausgeputzt die Tücher waren schwarz. So etwas geht bei diesem Mietpreis einfach nicht. Das einzigstes Highlight war der Pool. Der war super. Auch der Vater vom Vermieter kam regelmäßig vorbei um den Pool zu reinigen. Und er war auch sonst sehr nett und behilflich. Aber zu empfehlen ist dieses Haus für diesen Mietpreis nicht.

Дуже добре .Чудовий бассейн. Нормальний власник . Сільська іділія. Великий недолік що немає кондиціонера. Ну це вже на смак. Оптимально для 6 людей тому що кімнатка на даху дуже маленька . І сходинки туди дуже вузькі. Я є товстим ,і мені було важко протиснутись в Душ . Бо в Італії роблять душ 70х70 ,що є дуже тісно . Буле все потрібне для життя . Бассейн прибирався щоденно .До моря десь 6 кілометрів в Ваді. А до Бібона десь 16 . На пляжах немає ні туалета ,ні душа . Є приватні пляжі ,але дорого . І взагалі все дорого. в 3 рази . До пляжу не підїдеш,треба йти .Через чудовий пінієвий ліс . Але в мене болять ноги . То було важко. Великі проблеми з парковкою . Щоб припаркуватись то треба десь до 9-10 години .встигнуть . Парковка коштує 1,5 євро година. Та і того немає . Пісок з галькою пляж . Більш -менш нормальний. Входити теж .Де - як. У мене болять ноги -діабет . То завжди проблема. Пісок крупний ,вулканічний .Хоч пляж і прибирається кожен день , та мені казалось .Що брудний. Чимсь нагадує Україну . В центрі шик-блеск,а чуть далі сміттячко і облуплені будинки . Але Тоскана божественна. Проїдьте трохи далі .В гори . Рай земний. Було деже жарко десь 35 градусів . Я страдав без кондиціонера . Зняв поруч готель чудовий з кондиціонером . І супер налаштуванням . по 90 євро в день . Тож мої жили в будинку а я в готелі. бокінгком забирає собі третину ціни . Тож можна знайти напряму . зекономивши до 30%. Близько знаходиться Піза та Флоренція ,старовинні містечка . Є що подивитись . Ще раз кажу що будиночок чудовий. Хто любить тепло . То рекомендую .Дуже спокійно . Посеред полів і оливкових садів. Десь поруч гупала діскотека , Не сильно . Ну мені вже не до діско. Зате зранку десь о 7-8 їхав на море .Сідав поруч з італійськими дідами ,на стільчику в воду і ловив хвильки. Чудово , а потім вже натовп валив . У них є робітниця з України . Патріотка . Розмовляє Українською . Та не дуже охоче кацапською.Молодець!

Simple property with amazing views and great pool.

A simple property but clean and comfortable. Good showers, comfortable beds. Cool pool! Also easy access to Pisa on the train and beautiful Tuscan countryside by car. Drive further south to Follonica for a good beach. Add good company, food and (local) wine and you have everything you could possibly need.

Soggiorno perfetto

La casa l'abbiamo trovata, proprio come descritta.Pulita, in ordine con ogni comfort. Il giardino con barbeque e piscina fantastico, abbiamo trascorso delle bellissime serate.Il proprietato è sempre stato gentile e disponibile. Consiglierei questa casa a famiglie con figli, perché è vivibile con tanto spazio verde.
