"This location is a bit dated. Our room was located on the first floor and was noisy from people coming and going. You could hear the showers in other rooms going on and toilets flushing. The staff were friendly and breakfast was decent. I probably would not stay there again. "

"Staff: breakfast staff were incredible, helpful. One even filled my coffee mug when my hands were full on my way out. However, the office staff were practically non-existent. I tried to report a problem and got no response to the required phone call. It is fortunate that I solved the problem by myself and could actually get into my room on Saturday night. The management needs to check all the security latches on the doors. If they screws loosen, the latch drops enough to make opening the door from the outside a BIG PROBLEM. I made a temporary solution by finger tightening the screws. I'm reporting it here because office staff were unavailable to whom to report this."

"Started with Expedia's website always booking people for the wrong freaking days so we paid for 2 days we didn’t need!! Then the toilet seat that wasn’t fastened properly that pinched my leg! Then the toilet ran every 15 minutes all freaking night long! The remote had sticky stuff all over it! Last those are not 150$ a night rooms, probably more like 50-60$ never again! "
