"Great spacious room. Even though there was construction in the kitchen the hotel made sure we had many options for breakfast. Friendly service in great location. "

"Booked king room, got a double queen, and had to keep it due to unavailability. They had to come fix the air conditioner. Smelt like sewer outside terribly. Had no hot water for a shower at one point. Mountain View room had no Mountain View. "

"Excellent location for visiting Zion. Immaculent room, great service, and everything we needed close by. Also hiking trails adjacent to the property, park entrance right there, camping next door, and grgeous views."

"Was not told that the hotel has renovations going on. Pool was closed too and I did not get the room I reserved. My luck was that I couldn't get to the first night so stayed only the second night. there was no attempted to give me partly my money back although all the above. I used to love this hotel. Very disappointed."

"One of my favorite properties in Springdale. They are always friendly and accommodating. The only bummer during my last stay was the jacuzzi that was like warm for some reason. "

"Rooms were quiet clean"

"The room was great! Soft beds, lots of plugs for charging devices, the A/C unit worked well and was relatively quiet. Notably, the staff were amazing! Our daughter wandered away from us and got lost, and the hotel staff did not hesitate to help us! One of the workers found her safe and sound, and gave her some snacks to help her not be so traumatized."
