"Being so close to the entrance at Zion was perfect! We had two toddlers so it was so nice to be able to easily go back to our rooms for a nap if needed after a morning hike, and the pool was wonderful. There was nothing wrong with our stay, room was spacious and beautiful. Only thing I wish in the hotel a breakfast included in the stay that would have been nice."

"We loved staying here. It is very comfortable and clean. And the grounds are lovely. The view from our cottage was gorgeous and we enjoyed eating out on the front porch, enjoying the serenity. We recommend asking for a cottage with a walk-in shower with a shower bar for stability, if you have trouble navigating a high tub for a shower. Wonderful place - highly recommend!!"

The Subway downstairs has great coffee and a really, really nice staff. 30 minutes from Davis supermarket and 40 from a Walmart. The owner was on site almost every day- very friendly and helpful. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know traveling to Zion"

The property gardens are beautifully maintained and has a great view of the virgin river and mountains. "It isn’t fancy but for price point and location it’s a gem. The view in #1 is amazing. Location is across street from Zion entrance. It does smell like subway and pizza in the hallway but it didn’t bother us (my kids love both places). Romantic getaway maybe not, but really awesome place overall. "The bungalows are a very chic (black and white decor), modern and very clean establishment. The entrance and bathroom were wheelchair accesible (which is not something we needed) but it was nice to see for those who do. The daylight coming through the windows was amazing and the higher placed, rectangular window allowed for an amazing view no matter where your bungalow is located. "
