"Our stay was very comfortable. The rental was so nice and had everything you would need. One of the best places we have rented. Thank you!"

"This historic property is a gem. Steps away from some of the best dining and shopping in TC. I enjoyed coffee on the patio every morning."

"The parking spots are extremely small. You have to let someone out before pulling in. That was my rebuttal and why I can’t give it 5. The room and view is amazing. That parking got rough with a truck."

"Great property! Great location! Great hosts!"

"We had a great stay. The property was clean and just what we needed for our quick trip to Traverse City! "

"Plenty of room for our family of three and a great spot to stay for a quick trip to explore the area."

"Amazing location and beautiful place to stay!"

"Property was in great proximity to downtown and was a newer building. Bed was comfortable and overall nice place and I would stay there again. The shower setup was a bit unusual as there was a sizeable pit in the middle where the drain is, and the floor of the shower is very slippery. Additionally, there is no wand and the shower head barely moves so it was not really possible to soap down without the shower head washing all the soap off as you go."

"This property was just as listed! Cute and clean! The host was quick to respond with my questions and check in was a breeze. Great location! Walkable. We would stay here again!"

"Easy access!Great parking!"

"Great condo in a great location! "

"Location is great. Though parking is limited we've never had a problem getting a spot."

"Fantastic location that's walking distance to downtown shopping and dining."

"Great location! The condo was clean and exactly what was pictured. The one thing I would note is the pillows are very firm (or at least in the room I stayed in), so if you’re more of a softer pillow person, you might want to bring your own pillow."

"This property was beautifully maintained and very comfortable for my husband and I. Would absolutely book again."

"Our stay was great. The whole place was clean and very comfortable. The place was perfectly stock with anything one needed. The hot tub was a great bonus. We would stay there any time we are in the area."

"Great place, comfortable bed and very clean, the space was perfect for two people. Very nice location with shops and restaurants in the same building! Brunch at the Red Spire was fantastic. "

"Great condo, it was our second time staying here. Location is great, getting access to beach, shops and restaurants. Condo had nice updates and was great to stay in."
