"So many unexpected fees. There is a $75 deposit required additional to your room to make sure you aren't smoking in your room. I chose a non smoking room. Valet parking is mandatory! You are not allowed to park your own car and it costs 20 to 45 dollars for it that's not included. You dont have access to your car at night because they lock the keys in the lobby. Not very securely either. Anyone has access to that cabinet. Didn't even go in the room. While we were leaving several people were trying to get a different room because there was blood on the sheets and it was dirty. Never staying here again."

"My adult daughters and I came for a mother/daughter spa weekend. We were disappointed in the food and the noise. The rooms are not sound proof. Lots of crying kids. The first day we ordered food from the pool area and my adult daughter was throwing up and had diarrhea in the night. Every meal we had was mediocre. Our breakfast tacos had raw bacon in them. However, room service was great. Also, my daughters had a good spa experience but my massage therapist had the light on and kept talking. It was supposed to be a relaxing massage but I felt like I was in physical therapy and it hurt. She told me my shoulders were uneven. I felt like for the $700 a night price and $800 for 3 massages it should have been a better experience."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk was helpful. There was confusion regarding the cost of breakfast. The website mentions complimentary breakfast for hotel guests. However, I was being charged for breakfast because I booked through Expedia rather than booking directly with the hotel. The breakfast was one of the best hot breakfasts I have seen. Lesson learned on the booking process. When I discussed this matter at the front desk, I was told that I would receive 2 days of breakfasts "comped" because of the confusion. However, It was not reversed on my credit card. Marriott usually does a nice job with keeping facilities clean and welcoming."
