"The restaurants are not allergy safe at all even though we asked before we went and then asked the concierge again when we got there. The restaurant staff said it was too much work to walk to the kitchen managers office to see if anything could be made gluten free. I had to watch my family eat. Valet took forever to get our car. They said they would charge us for taking a pool towel up to our room when we were soaked coming out of the pool. The hot tub wasn’t hot and it was dirty. There was construction noises while trying to relax at the spa. It was a place to stay for a night but not a destination I would want to spend more time at."

"The house keeper knocking on the door at 9:30 waking us up was totally insane. Found the do not disturb tag laying on the floor in front of the door when I opened it. Check out is at 11:00 and the cleaning crew was slamming doors from 9:30 on"
