"One of the loudest hotels I have ever stayed. They updated the floors and there is no padding.... you can hear every stomp and step. I thought the kids above us were going to come through the floor! Pool very cold and hot tub was cooler than a warm bath. Breakfast was horrible, no food out and dirty."

"This was the perfect spot for our large extended family that was here for a dance recital for our UNI student. The place is extremely clean with comfortable beds and plenty of towels! Loved all the space we had to hang out together and have lots of quality time. The deck and grill were are great aminity as well. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you need to create a meal. We will absolutely look to book again in the future!"

"Loved the old country farm house feel and look, with modern updates! Plenty of room for family card games! The 4 season porch was great for kids gaming! We did notice a weak spot in the middle steps of the main stairwell that we were concerned about. We would stay here again! "
