Great place for us to stay while visiting our daughter at uni. Clean, cozy, great location and great communication from host. We were able to relax and make a nice home cooked family dinner. Would stay here again!

Perfect for our weekend

My wife and I, along with our 4 children, enjoyed our weekend. Appreciated the location - close to UNI and a very nice/fun downtown. Most of all, the house was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend if you are in need of a place in Cedar Falls.

Cute little home

Cute place! Very clean. Bedrooms are small and only one bathroom for different families to share. But worked ok, we were in town for a family wedding.

Nice place!

It was the perfect little stay. My only suggestion would be a railing on the steps from the sidewalk. It was difficult for older members of our family.

Lovely Home and Thoughtful Touches

We were impressed with the details that the owner considered to make our stay pleasant such as tea and coffee, Tide pods for the washer, laundry baskets for each bedroom, nice towels and beddings (our last VRBO charged extra for bedding and towels). Additionally, the interior design was very nice.

Cute little house!

This is a very beautiful small house that’s nice and spacious for two small families to enjoy! Close to everything to do in town and a quiet neighborhood to just relax after a long day of exploring. Will be staying again next time we are in town for the water park!
